These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Winpot. By registering an account or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Verification
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. We reserve the right to request identity documents (passport, utility bill, source-of-funds evidence) at any time to comply with KYC and AML obligations. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits are displayed on the Cashier page. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. We reserve the right to perform additional verification checks before releasing withdrawals.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
Bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum bet limits. Abuse of bonuses (including matched betting, arbitrage, or collusion) will result in forfeiture and possible account closure.
5. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

- Exploit software errors or vulnerabilities; any winnings derived from a technical error are void.
- Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Collude with other players or engage in any form of cheating.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account, withhold funds pending investigation, or void bets at our sole discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are licensed. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that territory.
